Key Duties:- Work closely with senior English teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons as an English Graduate
- Provide individualised support to students, helping them boost their English grades
- Inspire and motivate students to aim high, fostering a passion for both literature and language
- Leverage your English degree to assist with classroom activities, manage student behaviour, and contribute to a positive and dynamic learning environment
- Assist in creating and developing resources that support student achievement in English
What were looking for:- A 2:1 or higher degree in English from a top 25 UK university
- Strong A-level results, preferably in English or related subjects
- Previous experience working with children is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for education
